About The Position
The Maintenance Specialist II provides quality maintenance support of the facilities, utilities and equipment components in support of the hospital; wide safety and utility management program.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or Vocational / Technical Certificate
- over 5 yrs
Responsibilities
- Maintains Corporate Compliance in the Facilities & Construction Department.
- Receives ,evaluates and completes work orders.
- Performs preventative maintenance procedures.
- Performs inspections.
- Responds to hospital systems alarms and services systems such as fire alarms, MATV systems, P.A. systems, etc.
