About The Position
The Maintenance Clerk provides administrative support to the maintenance function. This role is essential in ensuring the availability of parts in a cost-effective manner and maintaining fleet records on inventory levels, preventive maintenance schedules, and corrective maintenance performed on all units. The Maintenance Clerk inputs fleet information into the computerized fleet management system daily and may act as a point of contact with vendors to order, receive, and ensure payment for goods and services. The position also involves preparing truck purchase orders for management approval, utilizing ePro to process transactions, and managing parts inventory according to corporate policies.
