About The Position

The Maintenance - Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting various service issues related to HVAC, general appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. This role ensures that both the interior and exterior of the property meet company standards and comply with applicable laws. The technician will respond to maintenance tickets and follow up with residents and office staff regarding the status of work. The position requires participation in an on-call rotation, which may involve working nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Personal vehicle and auto insurance.
• Stellar communication and customer service skills.
• One or more years of experience in apartment maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and small appliance repair.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification and/or Boiler's License is a plus.
