Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.)
- Proficiency in at least one major trade area
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions
- Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members
- Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts
Nice To Haves
- EPA certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Prep vacant apartments to market-ready condition
- Handle work orders with skill, urgency, and a smile
- Perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair
- Keep grounds and common areas clean and inviting
- Support preventative maintenance and inspections
- Pitch in with snow removal, pool upkeep, and seasonal tasks
- Stay alert and on-call for emergency maintenance needs
- Work safely, efficiently, and with pride—because your work matters
