The position involves the classification, documentation, and maintenance of aircraft, engine, missiles, and munitions records. The role requires analyzing maintenance information and requirements, developing visual presentations, and monitoring the effectiveness of aircraft maintenance scheduling. The individual will develop plans and establish schedules to meet mission requirements, schedule related aircraft, components, and munitions through maintenance phases, and determine maintenance capabilities to aid in developing operational schedules. Additionally, the position includes preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly utilization schedules for known maintenance and operational mission and training requirements. The use of automated systems to schedule and monitor maintenance activities' workload is essential. The role also involves administering work control by authorizing jobs, setting work priorities, and determining completion times, as well as maintaining and auditing weapons systems records and historical flight status records. The individual will manage aircraft configuration requirements, TCTOs, special inspections, and time-change programs, ensuring accurate documentation of all related items.
