About The Position
The Maintenance Sales Manager at Weller Brothers is a pivotal role responsible for managing key accounts and leading the account management team. This involves setting individual and team sales goals, conducting performance management, and ensuring that all client accounts are managed according to Weller Brothers' standards. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make decisions that align with the company's best interests. The Maintenance Sales Manager will also be expected to report on sales performance and assist in data analysis to present to senior leadership.
