The Manager of Maintenance Safety is responsible for ensuring that all safety policies and regulations are respected and complied with within all of the department's activities and areas as they relate to [14 CFR Part 5]. These are accomplished through the performance of safety observations and evaluations, the monitoring of audit performance and the investigation of incidents and reported safety hazards as they occur in the operations. This position also provides leadership and direction to ensure Allegiant Air meets the regulatory requirements of [14 CFR Part 121.373 ]. These are accomplished through the routine monitoring of the ten (10) elements of the Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program (CAMP).
