About The Position

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an Roving Maintenance Technician to support multiple communities across Louisville, Clarksville, and New Albany . This role is ideal for a hands-on, adaptable technician who enjoys variety and problem-solving across properties. We offer $22 - $25.00/hour , $750 quarterly bonuses , full benefits , tool reimbursement , and two weeks of paid time off . Requirements

  • 1+years' experience in general maintenance or carpentry
  • Dry walling experience including painting
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, and plumbing
  • Have good verbal and written communication
  • Problem solving skills
  • Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
  • A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
  • Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
  • Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
  • Exterior structural maintenance as needed
