About The Position
The position involves performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on robots and automated welding machines, ensuring timely completion of tasks. The role includes providing training and guidance to maintenance personnel, assisting in the development of preventive maintenance strategies, and identifying areas for improvement related to automated and facilities equipment. Additionally, the position requires maintaining critical spares for daily maintenance needs and overseeing maintenance activities during assigned shifts, including assigning duties based on production requirements. The individual will monitor and track the performance of maintenance personnel, participate in daily shift meetings, and support new program launches across departments. The role also involves directing contractors and employees for project implementation and completing tasks assigned by the Plant/Maintenance Manager.
