About The Position

Requirements

• Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1; or
• Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work involving at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Must meet the PA residency requirement.
• Ability to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility locks, door mechanisms, and door frames.
• Repair locks and issue keys.
• Maintain a locksmith shop and fix doors.
• Install panic hardware.
• Perform journeyman level skilled work in carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment repair.
• Utilize good time management and decision-making skills to prioritize and complete work.

Benefits

• Full-time employment with a 37.5-hour work week.
• Work hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
• Overtime and travel as needed.
