We are looking to add a Maintenance Technician to our team! LOCATION: Dallas, TX , (ON-SITE) REPORTS TO: Senior Manager of Facilities PAY: $52,000 - $60,000/salary Depending on Experience

Requirements

  • 2-5+ Years’ experience in the general maintenance field
  • Knowledge of engineering concepts
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications and schematics
  • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
  • Ability/Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time
  • Reliable transportation and own basic tools
  • Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
  • Proficient in managing maintenance tasks through Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Hands-on experience with Flowpath; transferable skills from similar platforms including Fiix, MaintainX, Hippo CMMS, and ServiceChannel.
  • The ability to lift 25/50/80 pounds regularly
  • The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
  • The ability to see and respond to safety hazardous situations
  • The ability to safely climb ladders while carrying 40 pounds
  • The ability to work in extreme weather
  • The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly.

Responsibilities

  • Repairs and general maintenance can include but is not limited to electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and painting tasks
  • Work and communicate with assigned vendors, and management on any maintenance related items
  • Complete repairs efficiently and cost effectively
  • Control and monitor facility maintenance inventory
  • Ensure compliance with building and OSHA standards
  • With prior approval and guidance from Facilities Leadership open new facilities by dealing with construction accuracy, facility coverage, and coordinating with construction contractors
  • Escalate repairs, asset replacement, and asset purchases to Facilities when external vendors are required
