About The Position

We’re seeking a skilled and dependable professional to join our team, bringing expertise in painting, drywall finishing, and general maintenance. In this hands-on role, you’ll take ownership of projects from start to finish—prepping and applying paint or stain on a variety of surfaces, repairing and finishing sheetrock, and ensuring high-quality results using industry best practices. Beyond painting, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our facilities by supporting a range of tasks including minor carpentry, flooring, plumbing, HVAC/mechanical, electrical work, and preventative maintenance. You’ll also assist with demolition projects, safely removing walls, ceilings, floors, and other structures as needed. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working with tools, ladders, scaffolding, and spray equipment. Strong organizational skills are essential, as you’ll also complete documentation within our Engineering & Operations work order system. Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED plus 5 years of maintenance experience
  • Valid Driver's license with fewer than 12 points on their Motor Vehicle Record
  • Basic Computer/Tablet/Phone skills

Nice To Haves

  • Painter experience and/or experience in a healthcare or other regulated environment
  • Intermediate Computer/Tablet/Phone skills
