About The Position

The Maintenance Project Technician completes assigned projects working independently or with other staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma, or HSE.
• Demonstrated successful experience and competency completing multi-trade skill projects.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office software.
• Valid NYS Drivers License.

Responsibilities

• Completes Work Order information and other required logs on Worxhub using provided tablets and computers.
• Completes assigned tasks such as: kitchen cabinet replacement, door installation, bathroom renovation, ceramic tile work, concrete work, light plumbing and electrical, drywall, etc.
• Responsible for comprehensive project completion; planning, ordering, demo, coordination/communication, finishing, cleanup, documentation.
• Has ownership of project completion, quality and timeframe.
• Effectively communicates with Director and all other stakeholders in project completion.
• Maintains assigned and company tools, supplies, materials in working order.
• Works alone and/or with others performing trade-skilled, and non-skilled tasks.
• Provides direction to other WPNP staff assigned to project(s).
• Completes all required training and in-services.
• All other duties as assigned.
