Maintenance Project Laborer
About The Position
Hudson Grove Property Management is looking for a full-time Maintenance Project Laborer to join our team supporting apartment communities throughout the Metro Denver area. This role works as part of a project crew under a direct Supervisor. You will assist with hands-on property improvement projects that enhance safety, curb appeal, and overall community appearance. We value respect, accountability, consistency, and pride in the details. Your work will directly improve the look and safety of our communities. Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and perform physical work safely
- Dependability and a positive team attitude
- Pre-employment drug screening may be required.
Nice To Haves
- Construction or general labor experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assisting with minor painting of stairs, rails, fencing, and walkways
- Supporting rail and walkway repairs
- Assisting with minor concrete patching and repairs
- Grinding uneven sidewalks under supervision
- Helping with small landscape projects
- Assisting with basic welding projects as directed
- General labor and clean up for exterior and interior improvement projects
