About The Position

The Maintenance Program Coordinator duties include but not limited to controlling and tracking the acquisition, inventory, use, handling, disposition, reporting, and training for the Hazardous Material Management Program (DA PAM 710-1); Environmental Protection and Enhancement Program (AR 200-1); Qualified to certify transportation of hazardous materials IAW 49 CFR Part 172, Subpart H (172.704), DOD 4500.9R Chapter 204, and AFMAN 24-204(1); Safety and Occupation Health Program (AR 385-10, DA PAM 385-1); Safety of Use Messages (SOUM, AR 750-6); Army Driver and Operator Standardization Program (AR 600-55); Army Modification Program (Modification Work Orders, AR 750-10); Depot Overhaul (Rebuild) Program (USARC Reg 750-1); Corrosion Prevention and Control Program (AR 750-59); Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) Program (AR 750-43); Army Warranty Program (AR 700-139); Army Oil Analysis Program (AOAP, AR 750-43); Shop Library.

Requirements

  • GCSS Army Certified
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must possess good communication skills.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Must be physically capable of lifting to 50 pounds.
  • Able to work independently on various office administrative duties with attention to details.
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office, word processing, Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Must have the ability to analyze and interpret Army Technical Manuals with relation to vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Experience in performing audits.
  • Safety conscious attitude
  • Foster a cooperative and positive work atmosphere
  • Must be proficient in using EMS-NG.
  • Broad knowledge of Army logistical functions.
  • Ability to analyze, develop, evaluate, advise or promote improvements in logistical programs.
  • Ability to establish program objectives or performance goals and assess progress.
