Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience/training
- General handyman experience, including general knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and building trades
- Ability to transport, handle and/or lift up to 75lbs.
- Valid Driver's License
Responsibilities
- Perform all types of routine maintenance work
- Service onsite equipment and machinery
- Conduct monthly maintenance and safety checks in buildings, and of machinery and equipment
- Respond to after-hours maintenance calls, when required
- Perform inventory control and tracking
