About The Position
The position involves supervising and leading assigned shift engineering and maintenance technicians in the repair and process control of module equipment to meet shift goals in terms of Safety, Quality, Yield, and Throughput, in a cost-efficient manner. The role requires adherence to safety procedures and good housekeeping standards, including the 5S system, and involves responsibility for the assigned shift uptime and process control within the module area. The supervisor will act as the first level of escalation for module tools and will plan and supervise the scheduling of daily work assignments for all engineering and maintenance technicians on the respective shift.
