About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance professional to join our team at our Bloomington location. The ideal candidate will have strong general building maintenance skills and the ability to perform a variety of repair and upkeep tasks to ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Requirements
- Proven general building maintenance skills.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Previous experience in building maintenance or a related field preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.
- Willingness to work flexible hours if required.
