This position involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of both the interior and exterior of the club. The role requires a friendly and helpful attitude towards all club staff, members, and guests, ensuring a welcoming environment. Additionally, the position includes performing equipment repairs and collaborating with subject matter experts when necessary to keep all equipment and infrastructure in proper operating condition. Regular meetings, either monthly or weekly, will be held for departmental updates and employee training.
