About The Position
Premier Development is seeking a motivated Maintenance Porter to join the team at one of our luxury residential communities. Responsibilities include general interior and exterior maintenance, keeping the facilities and common elements clean, and disposing of trash.
Requirements
- Previous laborer/cleaning experience required
- Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
- Must have a valid driver's license - no exceptions
- Must have reliable transportation - no exceptions
- Work Authorization: United States (Required)
Nice To Haves
- Understanding of appliance, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repair preferred
