About The Position

As a Maintenance Porter, you will be responsible for keeping the facility safe, clean, and up to the standards of Easy, Clean, Service, directly impacting the customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is required
• Reliable, detailed-oriented, and able to work independently
• Comfortable with basic repairs and maintenance tasks
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of the facility (floors, walls, restrooms, office spaces, exterior)
• Complete routine and light maintenance tasks: painting, wall patching, latch installations, corner guard repair, cutting locks
• Assist with snow removal, flood remediation, and other season or urgent needs.
