About The Position
The Maintenance Porter is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and operational upkeep of the parking garage, lobby areas, elevators, and assigned building floors. A key responsibility of this role is operating and performing routine maintenance on heavy garage power-sweeping machine. This position supports both maintenance and janitorial functions across the facility. Location: 999 18th St. Denver, CO 80202 Shift: Monday - Friday 3p- 9:30p Requirements: Able to communicate in English Payrate: $20.00 Hourly
