About The Position

We are looking for a dependable Maintenance Porter to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation of our property. This role includes janitorial duties, light maintenance, and exterior upkeep.

Requirements

• Janitorial or light maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to lift, bend, and be on your feet throughout the shift
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Maintain and restock restrooms throughout the day
• Clean lobby, common areas, stairwells, and offices (as assigned)
• Remove trash and replace liners in building and garage areas
• Keep entrances, sidewalks, and exterior areas free of debris
• Replace light bulbs and ceiling tiles as needed
• Change batteries in dispensers and perform minor plumbing fixes (clogs, float adjustments)
• Inspect elevators and common areas for cleanliness and safety
• Report maintenance concerns, leaks, or safety hazards promptly
• Assist building engineer with basic HVAC-related tasks when needed
