Perform comprehensive whole-home plumbing inspections (60–90 minutes). Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues through detailed inspections Recommend and perform proactive maintenance, repairs, and installations (e.g., water heaters, pipes, valves, fixtures) Educate on technical findings, solutions, and upgrade options. Offer preventative services and membership plans (e.g., tankless water heaters, filtration systems) Generate accurate quotes and invoices using company software (ServiceTitan) Participate in ongoing training to refine technical expertise, customer service, and solution-based selling What Success Looks Like: Complete 3–4 maintenance service calls per day Maintain a 50% + conversion rate on recommended repairs or upgrades Deliver thorough, value-driven safety inspections on each visit Promote and maintain customer memberships Consistently build strong relationships with homeowners and consistently deliver 5-star customer experiences Traits that we Admire: Accountable: Positive and reliable with a strong work ethic Professional: Excellent communication and customer service skills Coachable: Team-oriented, humble, high energy, with a willingness to learn Integrity : Commitment to quality workmanship Organized: Keep work areas and company vehicle, clean, organized and well maintained. Requirements

  • Plumbing license preferred (state-specific)
  • 3–5 years of hands-on residential plumbing experience
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Experience with Service Titan is a plus
