The Maintenance Planning Specialist will assist engineering in the creation and revision of electronic records in the Maintenance database (Infor EAM) for facilities and ground support equipment work orders. The specialist will provide printed copies of work orders or controlled field-working copies of the procedure to assigned engineers upon request and will close completed work orders as requested. Additionally, the specialist will ensure and verify that equipment under maintenance is up to date in the maintenance database, which constitutes 50% of the role. The position also involves coordinating and tracking Statements of Work (SOWs), Task Statements (TSs), and Facility Change Requests (FCRs), along with releasing facility drawings/sketches, which accounts for 20% of the responsibilities. Finally, communications and documents must be electronically stored and organized per existing organizational structures, making up the remaining 30% of the role.
