About The Position

The Maintenance Planner will prioritize, plan, schedule, coordinate, and follow up all plannable and predictive maintenance work performed within the facility including labor, parts and material, and equipment access while following all regulatory and Trinidad Benham safety standards, policies, and procedures. The Maintenance Coordinator will assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating predictive maintenance work performed within the facility including communicating with vendors, coordinating schedules, and ordering of parts and material while following all regulatory and Trinidad Benham safety standards, policies, and procedures. Specifically the Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a maintenance planner
  • Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience using a computerized maintenance management system or other work flow process tools
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Strong computer skills. Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Planning, purchasing and inventory management experience.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with customers and co-workers.
  • Have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently as well as working in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Purchasing maintenance parts and services-sharing information from the maintenance department.
  • Contacting vendors to purchase materials and contract services.
  • Handle paperwork and manage input into our maintenance system for supplies and materials.
  • Plan and prepare schedules based on the directions of the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Coordinate and communicate with all departments including contractor & vendor management.
  • Create orders for materials and replacement parts, tracking of inventory of parts.
  • Maintain maintenance tracking systems.
  • Keep maintenance parts inventory current and accurate through physical handling and documentation-keep records up to date.
  • Perform stockroom inventory audits/monthly or as requested.
  • Ensure all equipment/machinery is entered into E-Maintenance (our work order tracking system).
