We’re building a strong, experienced team ready to bring this new site to life and shape its future together.   We are hiring a Maintenance Planner - 2nd shift that will be responsible for leading the maintenance planning and scheduling programs to reduce downtime through preventative maintenance practices.

Requirements

  • Two year technical degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • Minimum 2 years of mechanical / electrical maintenance, planning, or manufacturing experience.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Prefer experience within the food industry.
  • Must have mechanical aptitude to efficiently assign work and audit for effectiveness.
  • Candidate should posses intermediate, mechanical, electrical and automation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, prioritize, and assess maintenance work orders, ensuring feasibility, required approvals, and coordination with requesting departments.
  • Review technical documents (blueprints, schematics) and prepare all required parts, tools, and kits to support efficient maintenance execution.
  • Estimate labor and material needs, allocate resources to work orders, and maintain accurate maintenance and cost records.
  • Develop, schedule, and manage preventive maintenance (PM) activities for all plant equipment, including required OSHA-related safety checks.
  • Maintain comprehensive equipment history files, including work performed, labor hours, parts usage, and recommendations for equipment or process improvements.
