Requirements

• An Associate of Science in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or equivalent technical experience (with a high school diploma or GED)
• 3+ years of maintenance-related experience in an industrial or military environment within the past eight years
• The ability to obtain and maintain a "Q" clearance.

Nice To Haves

• An active "Q" clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), creating and updating preventive maintenance tasks, surveillances, and asset records.
• Research work orders, perform walkdowns, and develop detailed work packages containing materials lists, instructions, permits, and supporting documentation.
• Identify and procure replacement parts, build resource-loaded maintenance schedules, and coordinate closely with Operations, Engineering, Work Week Schedulers, and Production Support to keep activities synchronized.
• Help track maintenance KPIs, assist with procedure development, and contribute to safe, compliant, and efficient work execution across the site.
