About The Position

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Maintenance Planner to contribute to our Manufacturing team in Lavergne, TN. This person performs a variety of functions within the Facility. Plans and coordinates work orders, parts, inventory, bin consolidation, kitting, preventative maintenance (PMs), and vendors/contractors. Ensures accuracy in maintenance data through auditing processes. Reviews quotes for validity/pricing and enters them into the work order system to maintain the plant/equipment. Plans and schedules maintenance activities, ensuring equipment, machinery, and other assets are regularly maintained to prevent breakdowns and downtime. Requirements

High school diploma or GED
3 years of experience in building and facility maintenance
2 years of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
2 years of experience directing outside contractors
Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using maintenance planning and scheduling software.
Familiarity with maintenance equipment and supplies procurement processes
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Knowledge of organization, operating procedures and policies of the company’s applications (Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook programs)
Oral and written communication skills up to a high school level
Ability to be flexible/multi-task based on workflow demands.
Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintain them over time.
Ability to receive and give information in a courteous manner over the telephone, via electronic communication or in person.
Ability to meet and maintain projects and deadlines.
Ability to maintain full time work schedule during normal company operating hours.
Ability to work independently or collaborate in a group environment.

Ability to lift/carry in full range of motion up to 50 lbs. during the assigned shift – up to 35 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Ability to push/pull in a manufacturing environment up to 50 lbs. to push during the assigned shift.
Ability to grip/grasp continuously during the assigned shift.
Ability to bend, twist/turn, reach above shoulder, and type/keyboard frequently during the assigned shift.
Ability to work designated shift including overtime as required.
Ability to read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, concentrate, learn, and work.
Ability to sit at workstation for extended periods of time.
Ability to work effectively using a personal computer for long periods of time.
Ability to operate computer equipment, including keyboard and monitor, phone equipment and other necessary office equipment
