Responsible for personal compliance with company policy, safety guidelines and procedures. Collaborate with Maintenance Manager and Logistics to set priorities for department schedules. Prioritize and issue work orders for all maintenance work; keep maintenance backlog at an appropriate level. Attend weekly meetings with Maintenance Manager and department leads. Provide assistance to the Maintenance Manager in monitoring equipment condition, spare parts, and location. Coordinate with other branches on equipment preventative and corrective maintenance needs. Reduce the total cost of maintenance through tracking benchmarks of planned maintenance tasks. Organize and ensure proper record keeping of planned inspections for equipment. Manage invoice payments including receiving, coding, and processing invoices through company system. Maintain consistent and valuable communication with vendors, customers, and Accounting regarding payment issues. Assist parts specialist with shipping and receiving tools and parts.
