Maintenance Planner Where will you work: Onsite at our New Wales Facility (3095 County Road 640 West Mulberry, FL 33860) Schedule: Our Maintenance Planners are eligible to work a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off. We are looking for a Maintenance Planner to join our team in Mulberry, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for planning maintenance activities across our operations, utilizing preventative maintenance programs and work orders. You will detail the resources, materials, and equipment needed to complete each job safely and effectively and provide cost estimations. While you won't participate in the execution of the plans, your insights and feedback will be crucial in driving continuous improvement and ensuring the success of future maintenance activities.

Requirements

  • High Diploma/ GED Certificate and 5 years of relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Computerized Maintenance Management System, Scheduling tools
  • Proficiency in plant equipment and maintenance standards
  • Leadership/communication skills, ability to get results through others and serve as a change agent
  • Organizational skills in a fast-paced industrial environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline and 1+ year of Industrial maintenance experience
  • Maximo, SAP experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Predictive Maintenance and/or Preventive Maintenance, vibration/oil analysis, Infrared, Motor Circuit Analysis, Ultrasound and Root Cause Failure Analysis

Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed job plan, identifying parts, tools, and resources required to execute work in a safe, cost-effective manner.
  • Work closely with the Scheduler, Maintenance Material Coordinator, and department personnel to generate a high-quality job package for each scheduled Maintenance activity.
  • Follow-up on job packages to ensure they are correct and organized to execute as described by the work order.
