Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Intermediate knowledge of production and facility equipment
  • 70% or higher score on the Ramsay Multi‑Craft Diagnostic Test (or equivalent)
  • Experience working with a CMMS
  • Ability to read equipment manuals, drawings, and basic schematics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Solid judgment in maintenance planning and prioritization
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • A proactive, continuous‑improvement mindset
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment

  • Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems knowledge
  • Project coordination experience

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and schedule non‑emergency maintenance work
  • Define job scope, labor needs, tools, and materials before work is released
  • Build and maintain maintenance schedules aligned with production priorities
  • Coordinate with MRO, storeroom, and production teams to ensure readiness
  • Research replacement parts and suppliers for industrial equipment
  • Manage inventory decisions within the CMMS (stock vs. one‑time purchases)
  • Improve preventive maintenance tasks and frequencies to reduce downtime
  • Analyze breakdowns and recurring failures to prevent repeat issues
  • Maintain accurate CMMS data, work orders, job plans, and asset records
  • Prepare contractor work scopes and schedules
  • Maintain technical documentation (manuals, drawings, equipment data)
  • Support reliability, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives
