About The Position

The Levy Group of Companies is seeking a Maintenance Planner for our Levy Big River location in Osceola, AR. The Maintenance Planner supports the maintenance department by managing parts inventory, planning and scheduling mobile equipment and plant maintenance activities Benefits Competitive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Prescription, 401(K) with 3% Employer Contribution, Long- and Short-term Disability Tuition Reimbursement for qualified skilled trade programs Student Loan Repayment Program Employee Referral Program Responsibilities The Maintenance Planner: Works closely with site management and lead mechanic to set priorities, develop and adjust as needed weekly, monthly and annual plans for scheduled mobile equipment and plant maintenance Orders and receives parts using Oracle iProcurement Opens and closes work orders in eAM Creates and tracks assets in eAM Reconciles plant and mobile equipment maintenance assets Generates work packages, including work instructions, for all work orders on the weekly schedule Assembles kits and stages parts for scheduled work orders Ensures that emergency parts are expedited Assists with the development of PM scheduling Tracks completion of work and updates key stakeholders on status of maintenance schedule Establishes and maintains a storeroom and sub-inventories in eAM Sends rebuildable items out for repair and tracks progress Operates telehandler of forklift to load or offload parts and components Maintains physical cleanliness and organization of storeroom Coordinates activities and schedules related to the use of service vendors Receives data from outside vendors and internal experts, and adjusts the maintenance plan accordingly Tracks data for maintenance reporting and budgeting Runs and analyzes eAM reports Develops and maintains ad hoc reporting as required Assists with organizing and facilitating problem solving teams Performs other projects as assigned by supervision

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Equipment maintenance experience
  • Strong analytical skills with knowledge of data analysis tools and reporting
  • Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to operate forklift or telehandler
  • Valid operator’s license with a good driving record

  • Knowledge of computerized maintenance system a plus
