About The Position

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing work orders, and supporting efficient equipment upkeep through the use of CMMS systems. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to analyze data to support maintenance operations.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in maintenance planning required
  • Experience with CMMS systems (UpKeep preferred)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (charts, pivot tables, graphs)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication and coordination skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to internal systems

Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Utilize CMMS systems (UpKeep preferred) to manage work orders and track maintenance tasks
  • Coordinate maintenance activities across departments and teams
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
  • Analyze maintenance data and create reports, charts, and graphs
  • Support continuous improvement of maintenance processes
  • Communicate effectively with technicians, supervisors, and management
