About The Position

This position will be responsible for managing the Maximo computerized maintenance management system. This includes responsibility for all monthly reports, equipment records and entering maintenance data and schedules into the Maximo system. Responsibilities also include environmental maintenance data collection and entry into the environmental log, reviewing past maintenance records, and developing preventive maintenance schedules. Analyze data from Maximo system to determine root cause of unscheduled downtime and make recommendations to minimize or reduce downtime. This position is responsible for training plant personnel on the various functions of the Maximo program, maneuvering through the program and developing work request. This position will become the resident expert on Maximo. The maintenance scheduler/Planner will develop maintenance task SOP and cover various supervisor functions when needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit all monthly reports.
• Maintain equipment records and enter maintenance data and schedules into the Maximo system.
• Collect and enter environmental maintenance data into the environmental log.
• Review past maintenance records and develop preventive maintenance schedules.
• Analyze data from the Maximo system to determine root causes of unscheduled downtime.
• Make recommendations to minimize or reduce downtime.
• Train plant personnel on the functions of the Maximo program.
• Develop work requests and maneuver through the Maximo program.
• Become the resident expert on Maximo.
• Develop maintenance task SOPs and cover various supervisor functions when needed.
