The Maintenance Planner is responsible for reducing maintenance costs and improving equipment reliability by facilitating and championing the maintenance strategy of the reliability centered maintenance (RCM) program. The role aims to improve workforce productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access. Additionally, the Maintenance Planner will help develop an efficient and productive maintenance team.
