About The Position

The Maintenance Planner at Mission Bell Winery is responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities, managing costs, and ensuring efficient operations within the production environment. This role involves collaboration with various teams to maintain high standards of maintenance and reliability for production machinery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of maintenance administration or technical maintenance experience with high-speed machinery, or a high school diploma/GED plus 6 years of relevant experience.
• One year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and receiving staff personnel and administrative functions to ensure adherence to company expectations.
• Provide work packets to Team Leaders for requested work, including verifying availability of items and labor needs.
• Coordinate operations planning activities and scheduled downtime to accomplish departmental work on production lines.
• Communicate with other maintenance planners to ensure coordination of complex jobs.
• Make recommendations to operations supervisors regarding long-term maintenance needs.
• Prepare a weekly forecast of maintenance jobs expected to be scheduled for the following week.
• Maintain an open package of schedulable work orders requiring equipment shutdown.
• Support department efforts in Reliability Center Maintenance (RCM) and Predictive Maintenance (PDM) tasks.
