About The Position

The Maintenance Planner at Conagra Brands in Indianapolis will be responsible for scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the Pie Shells and Fruit Pie Line. This role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure efficient operations, overseeing maintenance-related continuous improvement systems, and managing the maintenance metrics and budget.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience.
• 1+ year of maintenance planning/scheduling.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (ability to maintain complex spreadsheets).

Nice To Haves

• Ability to work weekends periodically for site Maintenance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Plan maintenance activities for the Maintenance Department, including contracted external resources.
• Coordinate equipment repairs and maintenance with Supply Chain and Quality Assurance Teams.
• Enforce site safety, environmental and GMP rules and regulations.
• Develop standard work order templates for repetitive jobs that require only time planning.
• Review work order backlog and rework and provide improvement recommendations.
• Use CMMS (SAP) to monitor and improve performance of department Maintenance and Reliability program.
• Monitor department maintenance metrics and manage MRO/outside services budget.
• Own continuous improvement systems within your department.
