In this role, you can expect to layout, install, repair, and maintain critical plant piping systems that keep operations running safely and efficiently. You’ll put your hands-on skills to work solving real-world challenges while contributing to a high-performing industrial environment. Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to): · Piping Installation & Layout: Install and layout compressed air, water, steam, natural gas, and specialty chemical piping systems in compliance with the Uniform Plumbing Code to support safe, reliable plant operations · System Maintenance & Repair: Maintain and repair piping systems, pumps, pressure control devices, fuel service equipment, filtration systems, backflow prevention, and reverse osmosis equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime · Troubleshooting & Emergency Response: Diagnose issues and safely perform repairs on failed piping systems and equipment to quickly restore functionality and minimize downtime · Equipment & Tool Operation: Operate lifts, ladders, cutting torches, and soldering tools to access and complete work on overhead and complex systems safely and efficiently · Quality & Safety Focus: Deliver high‑quality workmanship while following safety standards and best practices to protect people, equipment, and facilities .Textron Aviation Inc. must comply with U.S export control laws and regulations.
