About The Position

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Service skills and professional demeanor.
• Possess a professional attitude and work ethic in addition to being well organized and efficient.
• Detail oriented, highly organized and calm under pressure.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Warm, friendly and professional demeanor with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Required to perform hands on maintenance activities.
• Execution of the daily maintenance work schedule.
• Filtering oil fryers daily.
• Maintaining outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Lead and perform complex troubleshooting and repairs on restaurant equipment.
• Follow safety policies and protocols; alerting others regarding potential concerns.
• Duties as assigned.
