Requirements

• Proven experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and a teamwork-oriented mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing, electrical
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools and supplies.
