Responsibilities

• Painting: Interior and/or exterior walls, ceilings, and trim.
• Flooring: Install or replace flooring, including hardwood, tile, or carpet.
• Plumbing Tasks: Install or replace faucets, toilets, and other basic fixtures.
• Electrical Work: Replace or install outlets, light fixtures, and ceiling fans.
• Appliance Tasks: Install or repair appliances, such as dishwashers, ovens, or microwaves.
• Vanities: Install or replace bathroom vanities and associated fixtures.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform general cleaning and power washing of surfaces.
• Material Management: Act as a runner to acquire materials for the project as needed.
