We are looking for a Maintenance Tech I to join our team at MountainLoft Resort in Gatlinburg, TN. In this role, you will help bring vacation dreams to life by maintaining the guestrooms, public spaces, and back of the house areas in good repair, ensuring an attractive and well-maintained property with your primary focus on guest relations and problem resolution. Work well with customers and staff members and drive company success through performing the tasks to the highest standards. Requirements

• 0-6 months previous experience.
• Valid driver's license (preferred).
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders up to 40 feet.
• Ability to push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform grasping, stooping, and overhead reaching with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guestrooms, public spaces and back of the house areas to repair.
• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical tasks.
• Climb ladders up to 30 feet high and reach in all directions, often overhead.
• Maintain detailed record keeping in English for logs and inspection sheets.
• Complete other duties and special projects as assigned by your leader.
