About The Position

The Maintenance Person assists store management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. The Maintenance crew is responsible for maintaining the restaurant's exterior and interior cleanliness.

Requirements

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unloading delivery truck 2 times a week
• Taking out and emptying trash compactor
• Changing light bulbs
• Cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
• Mopping interior floors and pressure washing parking lots as needed
• Keeping the freezer, cooler and dry goods area organized at all times

Responsibilities

• Cleaning fryers once per day
• Wiping down windows
• Emptying trash cans
• Cleaning HVAC systems
• Maintaining kitchen equipment
• Cleaning restrooms
• Sweeping parking lots
• Providing seasonal care
