About The Position

Job Description: Job Duties: Purchasing all non-inventory supplies Maintenance of vendor relations and vendor contact data base Communication & interactions with vendors/suppliers Research alternative parts and supplies, ensuring equal or better quality and lower prices Maintenance of equipment data (will input information in CMMS and keep maintained) Spare Parts Inventory System – Stock and continually improve the inventory of spare parts A shared role with manager on inventory audits on a quarterly basis. Using Coupa for purchasing Maintain and Organize the parts room

Requirements

A valid driver’s license
Computer skills (Word, Excel, typing)
Ability to attend to details, prioritize and multi-task effectively while remaining focused
Self-motivated
Basic office functions such as copying, filing, faxing and scanning
Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities
