How does YOUR POSITION help us work toward OUR MISSION? · Lead the process for Parts organization in the Maintenance Work Orders in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) (creating and locating parts), responsible for maintaining inventory on high use parts. · Request quotes from vendors following proper procurement policies. · Research Manuals and Parts lists to get proper part numbers for different machines in the plant · Order parts for scheduled maintenance jobs; create parts and details for items in our CMMS system. · Create and Track Purchase Requisitions and Purchase orders for Maintenance items. · Maintain sufficient inventory levels at site to service customers’ needs · Reviews orders and lead times to align with planned work or emergency repairs. · Ensure each planned task is ready with materials/tools before assignment. · Track service/parts ordered vs invoice received, provide cost to Financial Team to accrual if any. Supports Maintenance team with tools and labor for minor repairs · All other duties as assigned. · BASIC EXPECTATIONS OF ALL EMPLOYEES: Help each other learn and grow.
