Maintenance-Painter Technician
About The Position
We are seeking a full-time Maintenance-Painter Technician to join our team! This position is responsible for the ongoing painting, staining, finishing, and touch-up work throughout the Club. Performing general repair, preventative maintenance, and building care duties to support safe, attractive, and fully operational clubhouse and facility environments. A valid driver’s license is required. Salary based on certifications and experience. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; frequently is required to walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
