Requirements
- Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test
- Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
Responsibilities
- Repair simple plumbing fixtures (i.e., leaky faucets, toilets, replace sinks, drain valves, water lines, ballcocks, etc...) as directed
- Repair/replace simple electrical apparatus (i.e., lights, switches, outlets, motors, icemakers, appliances) as directed.
- Assist in the repair of appliances (i.e., garbage disposals, dishwashers, icemakers, stoves, minor heating and cooling and air conditioning equipment, commercial kitchen equipment, laundry equipment).
- Replace windows.
- Carpentry (including framing, finish, etc…)
- Assist as needed to paint apartments and common areas of the facility.
- Perform dry wall repairs and texturing.
