In NC, we operate three pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities that are responsible for fulfilling different steps in our injectable and oral treatment supply chains. Our Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing (PS AM) facility in Clayton, NC is a 457,000 square foot aseptic 'fill and finish' site that is responsible for producing innovative, injectable diabetes and obesity treatments. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in technical field or industry equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing, or equivalent industry/military experience required.
• Experience driving process improvements/design using systematic methodologies. LEAN & Six Sigma strongly preferred.
• Experience creating/improving FIT/MWDs required.
• Knowledgeable in one or more of the following high-speed, automated systems: Filling, Formulation, Inspection, Assembly & Packaging preferred.
• Able to develop & manage action plans to achieve targets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach, support & develop all necessary technical competencies of shift personnel in order to support successful execution of processes.
• Improve MTTR for all production lines by owning & improving organization & clarity of parts & functional locations in SAP.
• Improve MWDs, FITs & other Maintenance Standards.
• Improve MTBF for all production lines by reviewing unplanned maintenance & improving Maintenance Plans.
• Move Maintenance Culture towards Condition Based & Predictive Maintenance.
• Drive Planned Maintenance efficiency through MN Boards, MRP & Maintenance Review.
• Reduce Maintenance Cost by acting as Site Liaison for OEM - including Parts Complaints, ASL agreements, coordinating with other sites & monthly meetings.
• Improve Stakeholder Relations with Production Teams, Maintenance Planning, Reliability & Metrology by utilizing the NN Way.
• Other accountabilities, as assigned.
