Schedule: The training schedule is Monday – Friday from 7 am – 3 pm. Once fully trained (2-3 months), associates will work 7 pm – 7 am or 7 am – 7 pm on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule. Pay: $33.66 - $44.88/hr. with a $2/hr shift premium for night shift Team Overview and Job Responsibilities Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment. You should be able to interpret blueprints and schematics, use a variety of tools and diagnostic devices, and have a keen understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Our ideal candidate has a solid understanding of industrial machinery and its safe operation and is committed to contributing to a strong safety culture. This position requires a mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform a variety of semi-skilled and skilled electrical/electronic equipment installation and the repair and replacement of plant equipment. Our preferred candidate has an electrical background with an understanding of using voltmeters, checking fuses, changing motors, troubleshooting PLC components, and completing basic wiring from 24v to 220v.
